JAMES James originally hails from the great state of West Virginia and came to join our cast of colorful characters in June of 2006. His great smile and endearing personality go great with our Breakfast Special and succulent 3 egg omelets, and are guaranteed to “kick start“ your day as well as your heart. JOHN John has made his home here in New Orleans after growing up in Warrenton, VA and jumped at the chance to come show off his extraordinary skills at the World Famous Clover Grill. His unique blend of northern charm mixed with good ol’ southern hospitality are sure to be a bright spot to anyone’s night out. Stop by and see our reigning Queen of the Night when your late-night cravings for chili-cheese fries and a delicious chocolate shake get the best of you. WILL Will finally decided to join our happy family in December of 2007, having been a frequent customer of ours for years. Raised in North Carolina, he now resides here in New Orleans after a stint in the US Army. Seeing as it only seems fitting that a serviceman would provide great service, be sure to stop by and check out Will’s Credentials on our afternoon and evening shifts. TYSHIAKA Anyone who has stopped by for one of our delicious omelets on a Saturday morning of late couldn’t help but notice the mad flurry of activity and finesse producing these creations. Known affectionately to everyone as “Shieka” our breakfast cook, a native of New Orleans, provides a feast for both your heart and your stomach. Stop by, give her a hearty “Hey Shieka” and let her breakfast plates lead you off to whatever adventures you have planned for the day. TAIWAIN So, hunger has taken over and you just cant get the thought of one of our delicious Bacon Mushroom Cheeseburgers with a side of tator tots out of your mind. Well, stroll on up to the counter and watch in amazement as one of New Orleans own, Taiwain does the seemingly impossible and create a succulent plate just for you to enjoy. His cooking skill are fast and good, matching well with his wit and sense of humor. DENNIS Having been a part of our team for over a year now, Dennis, from Hoboken, NJ, is a force to be reckoned with. Our own “Master of the Sandwich Board” has skills beyond measure and a great smile and personality to boot. They say big things come in small packages and Dennis can attest to that as his cooking skills pack a whollop that’ll get you right together when the hunger hits ya. CARONELL aka ”SHORTY” While it may seem that all the action at Clover Grill takes place in front of the house, let us assure you that the work done behind the swinging doors is just as magical. The master of this domain is none other than our Head Prep Shorty. This know-it-all, do-it-all New Orleanian is one of the essentials that keep our engines running smoothly all week long. Be sure to give him a nod when you see him. RENEE There is one smile at Clover Grill that shines brighter than all others and it belongs to the World famous Renee. Renee has been prepping at Clover Grill for over 4 years now and without her support, we’d have a much harder time delivering all that we do to you, our guests. One of the hardest working employees we have, this New Orleans native is a joy to be around and one of our foremost authorities on pop culture.
